HOURS: - Drop off and pick up is available between 7am-10am and 5pm-8pm daily. Alternate arrangements can be made for stays of 7 nights or more. - First time guests are asked to stay for a 3-night minimum. |
RATE POLICIES:
We appreciate fees paid in advance, either in cash when your dog arrives for their stay or via PayPal online.
We calculate rates on a "nightly" basis. If your dog sleeps over, a nightly rate is requested, no matter the drop off time.
Sorry, we cannot provide refunds or credits for early returns.
